Default Low Idle and bucking on freeway ( erraticly )

Hello All,
first off thank's a lot to get a look at my post,

The facts:
the engine is a JDM D15B, (1994 60 000 KM )
the tranny is a Pl3-6000
the car is converted to OBD1
running a P08, hyperduck tunning, RPT program.

here is the troubble, When i'm in city the car goes fine when I roll at about 50 Km/h with it, when I stop at redlight and depressing the clutch, the car iddle VERY low and sometime want to die, the idle is not stable, it goes from 700 to 150 rpm erracticly.

On the free way, when the car goes at about 110 km/h, there is no problem again, if I step on the gas, or going uphill ( in other word: when the car force ) sometime it buck, like a cut off, for about 0.5 secondes, and everything became normal again after. during a 130 Km run the car bucked about 25 to 30 time. One time it did it at about 140 Km/h, I just passed an other car and it buck right when I get back into my lane, scarry,

Some time when I start the car, I got a TDC code, I just need to stop the car and start it again and everything is fine, cell is gone !!! tadam !, weird.

The car just get out the garage cause i dont use it in whinter since whinter is rough a bit here, he already did me thing like this before but now it became more and more often.

My guess about the trouble :

I would gess the troubble is about the dizzy, I think it's something like the ignitor or maybe the coil, I don't really know much about dizzy,

Or the fuel pump?? can the fuel pump cause trouble like this ?? caus I got an Old *** 1991 civic DX hatch fuel pump.

It would be nice if you can tell me your opinion about the troubble, I want to solve the problem as fast as it can be done .

thank't a lot for your time and knowledge.

i didn't have a OBD 1, but in my old 90 EX 4 door, the ignitor in the dizzy went out on me when i was rolling down the street, i put it in gear to jump it, then it would go real weak, then it would die again, did that like three times. then just died all together. bucked like a bull when was trying to jump it in gear and my car was slammed, it's not supposed to buck with my suspension. oh well. just check the dizzy and the ignitor inside. looks like a big semi squareish computer chip, takes 2 screws to undo it, has little male disconnect terminals on it, generally brown. hope that helps a little, just thought i would share. good luck..

i'm not too up on what the codes stand for, and i don't know what that system checks, electronic load detection? oh well, what they always say when you finish covnerting the wiring, always go back and check, could be a faulty connection, etc. so sorry i couldn't be more helpful, but thats all i know right now, don't have the time to study up, trying to grad highschool first and finish my turbo z6 swap, then will study hard during the summer and learn that shiz.

Well I know the wiring is fine cause the car run pretty great during a whole year before that Phock hapen.
I might think about a kind off wrong ground in the trunk about the batterie, that make the alternator dwaing too moore currant or, a kind of stipped peice of wire comming in coatact with the frame,

any advice is welcome, thank's a lot Darkracer, I will booost it soon too.
