Default What B-series manifold to use a Greddy TD40H-15G turbo?

What B-series manifold do I need to buy so I can use the d-series 1.6L greddy kit with the TD40H-15G turbo on my B16a engine? Let me know brands and bolt patterns and cost? Thanks

You can get the Greddy B-series manifold.

Or you can find a b-series exhaust manifold gasket (use as an outline) and slot/port the d-series manifold to work on the B-series head.

you dont need a new manifold... just slot the bolt holes on the d-series manifold and take out the outside studs and it will bolt up, thats what i did. works great!

OK thanks, I don't wanna spend more money. Do I just slot the holes so they match the bolt pattern, or is there another reason for this? What tool do I use to take out the outside studs and slot the holes with?

For those of you w/ experience with the 15g/b16 combo, how did this perform for you? I imagine super quick spool, but did top end die off big time... was the turbo even big enough to flow suffiecient air w/ out cranking up the boost big time?

if your going to throw the 15g on a b-series, i would throw it on an LS. the redline is less than a b16 so the turbo won't choke as much. hth.

I am doing the same thing with my b16. You can also use the Edelbrock b series manifold. Thats what I did. You can pic one up for $180-$200ish.

Hey great 2nd post. Any other ancient, useless threads you want to dig up??

ALWAYS be careful of the date, especially if you're new and thinking of offering advice.
