switching speedo's. HELP FAST!!!!!

i bought a eg ex cluster. guy said the speedo worked 70% of the time. just hooked it up, doesnt work. everything else does though.

how do i swicth it out for mthe speedo in my cx cluster, and so that i ahve the correct milage as well. i have no cluster in the car til i get this done so please help me. TIA

look at the back of the cluster. In the middle should be 3 screws that hold the speedo in. Remove those screws and the speedo should pop out the front. Be careful not to over torque the screws when you rescrew them back in.

yea, i had figured it out about 4 minutes after i posted. everything works great now. thanks alot for the help though
