Default Crossover frequency for sub

Hey guys, i'm trying to set the crossover on my Alpine MRV 1005 running an Ultimate Sound Cupric 12 inch sub.

The sub has frequency response 23Hz - 400Hz
Fs 23.2Hz (whatever that is)
Sensitivity 89dB

What do you think would be a good level to set the crossover at? I know a bit about wiring them up but have no idea about frequencies.

The amp has a parametric equalizer, I'm trying to work out what it does and how I should use it, from the looks of things it makes a certain frequency louder, depending on what you choose. Anyone have an Idea of what this should be set at?
I have a copy of the section in the amps manual:

Also, if the amp is running 2 channel to a DVC sub should the switch be at mono or 1+2 ?

Start with 80hz and work your way down.

I can't help with the parametric, but play with it until it sounds good.

Looks like you should use 1+2.

Low pass at 80 is a good starting point for most systems.
