Wasn't my rear main seal!!!!!!!!
Turns out the oil cooler seal between the block & oil cooler where the oil filter connects is bad, always see drips there.... sounds like when i'm in the throttle and high rpm quite a bit comes out cause it's trailed all underneath the cradle, oil pan, bell housing, transmission housing and even a few inches above the oil filter!
i think this answers my excessive oil loss yet lack of blue smoke too, gonna replace it tonight
ever happen to any of you?
also what's up with my posts? only 5 per day?! i used to be registered here back in the day but I had to re-register, now my account is all gay

Dude, it could have been a lot worse. i have heard people buring up their engine when this seal goes bad. You have an H23 right??
Glad you found out the problem before it got too bad.

all i got to say is i fucked my balancing shafts up because my oil light had not, and it was low, and i didnt need an oil chnge at all, and i drove it hard for a day. cost me 1250 to fix it, in turn i bought an oil pressure gauge because if you lose oil the pressure will drop, you akwas know if there is oil there or not! thats just my $1200 opinion
