you can still use your obd0 injectors as long as you use the resistor box still.
if you want to use obd1, you have to take the resistor box out

I know all that, I am wondering what is involved in it and on a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the hardest. How hard is it? Any pics wiring issues? anything

i just did the swap on my hatch. obd0 - obd1. on a scale from 1 to 5, i'd give it a 3 and 1/2. i just hardwired everything, so i completely converted the car to obd1. pm me and i'll hook you up with some sites that give great advice.
i also have a 90 si dizzy if you want it. make me an offer

Its a lot of wiring if you don't get a conversion harness. I hard wired mine in and it took many hours. There is less room for error with a conversion harness. I recommend it. I have all sorts of CEL codes now I have to trouble shoot.

Do all the obd-1 sensors plug right into the obd-0 harnesses(engine bay harnesses from 91 civic si to ECU)? Thats what I'm confused on. I know you have to add some wires, but blown90hatch's conversion harness comes with instructions on those. I know the distributer harness would have to re-pinned too. But like all the sensors like the ones on the intake mani/throttle body, the ones from the obd-1 engine, going to plug right into the obd-0 harness, like are the plugs going to work togeather. I'm sorry if I don't make any sense.

first, the way that i am doing my conversion is to use the OBD 0 harness and just add on the extra wires needed. use your dx or whatever harness on the z6, but use all the plugs on the motor from the OBD 1 harness. just repin or solder the wires from the OBD 0 harness to the OBD 1 plugs, then use your big OBD 0 plugs for the ecu/engine plugs. most of the colors match up, just have to look up a wire diagram for the ones that don't match. email me and i will email you the instructions that i got from this guy, that i am buying my jumper harness from.

What I planned on doing was using the whole obd1 harness from the motor to the taillights. Without hardwiring anything the way you guys did it, is there anyone that has done this?

that sounds like more trouble than its worth, unless you already have the interior out and have a **** load of time to do it. lol. i took out my old OBD 0 car harness from my old 90 EX 4 door. it took a long time and thats just ripping it out, not putting it in carefully. up to you, just my .02
YAAAAAHHHHH I HIT A 100 POSTS. HEHE.

Of all the OBD conversions that I have done I would say that the Mpfi swap is much more difficult than an OBD0-1 swap. If anyone is interested I have conversion harnesses for $135 shipped that are new harnesses
