Default INFO FOR ALL NEWBIE'S!!!! One option you can have for a turbo setup

I just wanted help out all the newbies who might want a custom setup....who doesn't know where to start. Being that my car got jacked....here was my setup that I was going to install in about a month.....but not anymore...weep weep....save the pictures and all information...Since I will delete all images in about a week.....So good luck with your setup...and if you have any questions you can PM me.

Turbo Hardware
1. InlinePro Cast SS T3 Manifold + Gasket
2. Tial 35mm Wastegate w/ 2 extra flanges (http://www.roadraceengineering.com)
3. Dump Tube Not Pictured
4. Oil Feed/Return Line for 5 Bolt turbine housing turbos...all necessary hardware/all SS lines( Ask Flamenco_T aka Stan)
>>>>All I needed was the Turbo (cheapturbo.com gets you a T3/T04e 57Trim .48A/R Turbine / .63 A/R Compressor w/5bolt Turbine configuration for $599...that what I was about to buy)

Intercooler Hardware
1. PWR 18x6x3 intercooler/Painted Flat Black ( Ask Mike Laskey aka ninesecrx)
If you want to know how to paint the intercooler here's my old link
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=454318
2. 1G DSM BOV w/Flange and gasket(http://www.roadraceengineering.com)
>>>>Just needed the Intercooler Plumbing....2.25" in/out

Exhaust Hardware
1. SS 2.5" Mandrel Bend Exhaust (Ask MkTeller8)
2. RevHard 2.5" Downpipe w/02 bung welded on (Call RevHard)
>>>>Just needed the Flexpipe, Cat, and Muffler....That's fairly cheap

Electronics
1. Greddy Turbo Timer
2. Greddy ElectronicWarning E.G.T. Gauge 60mm
3. Greddy Electronic Warning Boost Gauge 60mm
4. Greddy Electronic Fuel Pressure Gauge 60mm
5. (2) HKS 60mm Gauge Holder
6. Greddy 60mm Gauge Holder
7. RRE Dual 60mm Gauge Holder Pod (Black Fiberglass) HIGHLY RECOMMEND (http://www.roadraceengineering.com)

Fuel Setup
1. Greddy Profec E-01
2. Greddy E-Manage Main Unit + All sensors (Not Pictured)
3. 2G DSM 450cc Injectors (4) MAKE SURE THEY ARE CLEANED AND BALANCED!!!!! Call RC Engineering and get a quote!(http://www.roadraceengineering.com)
4. OBD1 Clips + Resistor Pack (Ask Sonny Van Hook aka Sonny)
5. Type A-B USB cord for the Emanage/E-01 setup....YOU DON"T NEED THE SUPPORT TOOL!
>>>>Just needed a Walbro 255lph Intank

The finally tally would be as much as a Greddy setup w/their Intercooler kit, but this has pretty much all you need but the dyno...the Greddy Setup you wouldn't....GOOD LUCK!

Wow, thanks for the post. I may just plan on going custom now because it seems like with kits, there's always one part thats low-quality etc...

You paid how much for all of that? Just curious...
Thanks

approximately $3000....with turbo $3599....+ walbro Fuel Pump $3699...with plumbing and couplings approximately $3800. That's cheap in my opinion...tuning is where you'll bite the dust, but have fun fellas....and shop around...

A full tune will run you about $500 dollars for two hours...that's what I was informed at SP Engineering .... http://www.sp-power.com .... nobody does the emanage/e-01 setup but these guys in southern cali....well Greddy referred me to them...so that's what i'm assuming

so what's going to happen with all these parts? You're putting them on a new car aren't you? Nice setup, i'd go for a greddy type s BOV though. Let us know how the e manage goes, i haven't heard much at all about it nor have i seen many people running it. That is of course, if you are going to install the kit on something else. Look at it this way: at least your car wasn't stolen right after you got the turbo on it.
