b20vtec, goin all motor.......who has one or who can gimmie some advice about em'?
well i got my swapped in this past friday. i get a CEL 45(too rich/too lean code) so im getting a fpr because i suspect the engine is thirsty because its used to b20 or vtec, not both. I have a crappy AEM CAI (made for SOHC) that is my only mod (had it since i bought the car, never bought a bigger one for the new engine). I have the low compression b20b with b16 head. I was wondering could I possibly make 200whp on the low compression? Looking for a daily driven low 13 second car on street tires.
What would u suggest for the next mod?(btw: i don't need to get emissions tested so testpipes/etc..are very possible solutions)

Well according to this, its possible. However, it does not say which block they are using. What I suggest is to look around and find some crvt's or even lsvt's that have hit 200whp and see what they used to achieve that.

bump for you mike, im wondering the same exact thing. i got a b20b4 and a gsr head, im basically on the same boat your on. im wondering if its gonna be hard to get to 200 whp. CAN ANYONE OUT THERE ANSWER THIS QUESTION?????
i have had my b20 vtec for about four months now, and i am running crower stage 3 cams skunk2 manifold 70mm throttle body electric water pump port an polished head with 3 angle vavle grind and oversized valves 370cc injectors and afew other random parts. i dont even think that mine is making 200 hundred horse power and if it is, i don't htink it is much more than that.

oh check the dyno over at importreview for the stock bottom 2.0 crvtec making 204 horses. im scratching my head over this. that seems like a strong motor
I have a JDM B20B block and a PR3 B16 head for my setup. Everything is "stock right now except Im running a Hondata. My setup is running 170whp as it is now,so im sure with some cams I could make about 200whp.

ur setup is just like mine, minus the hondata...either way, my car is faster than when it had just the b16
