which b18c? gsr or ITR?

If you have a GSR, go with a gsr CAI, if you have an ITR, go with ITR.

u would need a CAI for a B18C u might have to bend it a bit to make it fit, but i have seen it done, most people just go with a short ram, it's gives u better throttle response. and it's like only 2 hp less then most CAI, and u don't have to worrie about getting hydro locked.

GSR. a b16 and b18c1/SiR-G intake are way different due to the intake manifold design.

I know, but saying JDM GSR is wrong. I was correcting him. It's like Euro Honda or something like that...

Euro Honda... like Accord Euro R? Or what about the British flag that appears on the back of all EP CTR's. You just got me thinking... how can the new CTR be called "JDM" when its made in Europe?

It's where the product is destined for. If its made in UK and it is being shipped to Japan, then it is still JDM. If it were made in Japan and shipped to the US then it is USDM. JDM engines are JDM because they come from Japan.
