well you could trace the blue wire through your harness and get it concealed rather than puting on the dist directly...other than that if you have a helms you may find the location right behind the dash....

either go to the blue wire on the dizzy. yes the one next to that black/yellow wire. or on the drivers side of the engine bay, right up on the firwall. there will be a blue wire (probably like 16ag wire) and has some rubber gramet on it. it is all b itself out of the harness. tap into that, or at the dizzy.

helms is a service manual that would have the info you need to do about anything.

i see the blue wire next to the drivers side firewall(that area next to the stut almost) and its atiny wire..is this the right one? also. its next to like 3 connectors. its part of one and next to 2. this wire? its in a bunch of like 10 maybe 15 other wires. but it is definately out.

Technically that's illegal.

had to splice thru the the blue wire and then the directions that came told me to cut the two wires that was looped on back of the tach.

i dont have to cut wires on mine. i hold down one of the buttons, and it cycles through if i have a 4,6,or 8 cylinder.
