Default car running hella rich, .75 volt o2 reading, and it bogs in low end a lot...

Timing? I crank it one way on distributor and it gets a lot better but I cant go any firther... Maybe My belt is off a tooth? this is a b18 BTW...

I dont have access to a timing light till tommorow but I think it is the timing that would cause this anyone else?

.75 is not very rich on a 0-1 v o2 sensor, your problem is somewhere else. if it get better by cranking the distributor all the way one way, i would suspect your timing is off. check the belt.
