timing problems

timing problems
did bout 20minutes worth of searching, with no answers....
so here is my issue
my car is throwing 2 codes (O2 sensor and throttle position sensor) has open header, and i have to advance the timing alll the way for it to run decent.....do u think i might have missed timed it by one of two teeth on the timing belt...
it runs like crap at 0degree, but FULLY advanced, runs fine....
