looks like the first one on the left....carbon deposits.

Not too sure about the plugs, but bump cause I have that same book. Very helpful book, better than my Helms in some ways.

Does it look like I'm detonating?

My fuel set up is rc 310's and fpr is set at 48 with the vacum line off.

I'm not sure of the timing but I know my tuner advanced it alot. And I'm not sure if its metal or carbon, how do I tell the diff?
