I am looking into getting NGK Double Platinum plugs: http://www.ngk.com/glossary.asp?kw=Platinum

and then the NGK Premium wire set. does that sound ok for my setup?

don't waste your time on these "super plugs"

just get some NGK's or some Autolites and you'll do just as good and probally have a smoother idle

if you pay more than $1.50/plug you are WASTING money

Platinum isn't actually as good a conductor as conventional plugs. It just lasts longer than regular plugs.
