Default Please.....APEXI N1 suspension help!!!!!

I just installed the fronts coilovers onto my car last night (didn't have time to install the rears) and i am very dissapointed with the results!! Despite the fat that the springs 11k, it's still really soft. On top of that i don't know how to set the dampening. I inseretd the supplied alan (spelling) key and started to turn. To my surprise, there are no noticeable notches (like the Tein RA's) and there seems to be no apparent end to this truning. I can turn and turn and turn without stopping. I also found out that the suspension is length adjustble, could it be that i have my shock set too short hence it's not compressing the spring and shock enough? I need help. Any advice would be nice.

if there you can keep turning the key, <the part that stiffens the shock>, then your shock is blown, there should be noticible clicks, for install you should have the shock completely shortened, IM me if you have further questions, Eric
