A damp cloth works best if you don't want the bling bling off your dash that you get with Armor All. What I do is after washing and drying the car with a shammy, I use the same shammy to wipe the dash then spray the shammy clean afterwards.

usually use Simoniz interior cleaner spray .......it cleans plastic parts, leaves a shine and keeps dust from collecting for a while

I've seen a commercial for Armor all wipes that leave the dash dull, but cleaned/protected as well

Aerospace 303

UV Protection, no harmful silicones or petroluem distilates, and it leaves a nice matte finish.

If you're willing to spend the money, check out Einzett (1z) protectant. It's hardcore. Made for airplanes. Not shiney at all. See it here:

I use Meguiars all around cleaner, just spray it on, use a toothbrush on it, and wipe off.

yikes, windex has amonia in it. I wouldn't touch it to my dash under any condition.

Mequire's Natural Shine. Stuff works great. It does not make your dash super bling, but instead gives it a "just off the showroom" glow. And it smells good.

I dunno man, I've been using it since I got my car and it works well, no shine and nice and clean. My dad uses it too, he taught me how to clean a car, and we've had this since it was new in 96'. looks good to me.
