I think its the dash itself too.I used to use the Armorall Low shine on my Civic and it didnt have a mad glare to it.

You might wanna try Wurth's Clean Solve to take out some of the grease to the dash. We use it at the dealership to remove the leftover glue residue from the plastic delivery wrapping. It's hydrophobic, so it'll solvate whatever's on the dash. After you're done, re-apply with whatever you want to protect the dash.

Take some hot water & lysol or simular cleaner and wipe down the dash and interior panels to clean the layers of grease and layers of armor all. Then use whatever brand protectant you like. This should help.

Adding water to lysol might make it too hydrophilic to solvate the dash protectant, and if you use it concentrated, it's kinda slimy and hard to remove.
Use the Clean Solve, it's highly volatile and will evaporate on its own.

It's offered in quarts of liquid and in an aerosol spray cans. I recommend the quart cans. It's easier to just squirt some on a cloth and wipe, or apply directly (and then wipe) without getting it all over the windows. It also takes off most shoe scuff marks on light colored interiors.
This is the only internet site I've found the quart cans on: http://www.dccarcare.com/wurthcleansolve.html
Otherwise, you'll just have to find your local Wurth's dealer. Check places that offer industrial and commercial cleaning services and supplies. I'd send you a can, but I can't mail you one because of shipping regulations of hazardous materials.
