sidemarker question

sidemarker question
i was wondering if anyone has wired their sidemarkers to always stay on or to just blink with the flasher, if they are always on do cops **** with you? i wonder if the sidemarkers on the Sir-g always stayed on or if they were just blinkers? any info would help...thanks

If they are just on, there shouldn't be a problem as long as they light up amber. But IMHO it looks retarded if they are just on, not to mention makes the lens fade and discolor (if they are clear lenses). Make them turn signals only.

which wires do i use to make the sidemarker JUST BLINK?
i was told that the red and green ones make the light stay on and blink.
but i would much rather just have it blink.
if someone could supply me with some wiring diagrams i would appreciate it.
