well i dunno what part of the bay area your from but there motorsport dynamics in sacramento, and they charge 100/hour for tuning.

im just wondering, but how long did you guys spend tuning your car? whats the average for tuning time assuming the base map is decent. (i want to get an idea on how much i should be spending on tuning)

Lawrence (the main tuner) has a lot of experience on FI cars. There do a lot of hondata tuning (cause hondata kicks ***
)
the place in sac is also a good alternative. they have a better wideband (goes into a bung on the exhaust) vs dsr is just putting an o2 in the tail pipe
