-port matched intake manifold
-bored .25 over
-bored over throttle body

transmission: -JDM 98+ transmission
-ATS limited slip differential
-toda full face clutch/flywheel

Aftermarket parts: -hondata program (not sure which one would best suit me)

You might have to get Chris to reload his plot for you though.

toda headgasket will lower compression...which is going against your setup
best to stick with spoon or m00gen

I need to increase horsepower by using aftermarket parts and other modification of course but yet still maintain OEM type reliability.

forget the jdm header and get something better...it doesn't affect the car's reliability

Ummm....have you looked into the Hondata system and taken a look at what you need, it's pretty easy to realize that you just need an S200 and can upgrade it as you wish at a later date.

I've looked at a few of the "GOOD" header companies such as header-tech, smsp, and hytech but they didn't have anything that woould give me their crazy hp gains while still being able to fit under a oem heat sheild. that is something I will be looking into for my race motor.
