v-tech engagement (d16z6), noticeable?

Default v-tech engagement (d16z6), noticeable?

my intake is fairly loud but I can't hear my vtech kicking in, is it usually noticeable on a sohc? thanks

barely hear it on mine.... sohc has a weak vtec crossover... barely notice it... worng forum btw...

Man you can barely hear it / feel it on my friends. Only way I know it was kicking in was with a test light on the engagement wire out of the ECU.

Yeah, I never felt or heard much of a difference on my Y8.

I did get a Skunk chipped ECU from Boosted Hybrid for a B16, I ran that for a couple weeks just for ****'s & giggles. I heard and felt that one.
