Quick Q: about valve adjustment
When I'm adjusting on cylinder #1 at TDC on the intake side. Can I immediatly switch below to the exhaust side to adjust those?
Or do I have to finish the intake side then move to the exhaust side?

I really dont understand your question.......
but you adjust both intake and exhaust valves at the same time (when that cylinder is at TDC, both sets of valves are closed).

I just didn't want to have to adjust the intake side once, then finish, and move to the exhaust side and repeat the process.

well some people recommend doing it this way so you wont make the mistake of mixing up feeler gauges..if u kno wut i mean. i think thats just more work. do both intake and exhaust at the same time
