Default B16A valve adjustment

Just before I begin, I'd like to know...

1. What are the specific valve clearances for the intake & exhaust valves?
2. Do I adjust the intake THEN exhaust, or exhaust THEN intake?

Thanks for your help

.006" intake, .007 exhaust. Doesn't matter what order you do them in. Just make sure you go cylinder 1,3,4,2.
