Default How to set timing to stock?

The red mark on the flywheel is the stock timing mark right?

The red mark on my H22a4 was the 15 degree mark, not TDC

so what is the stock timing suppose to be? The white or red mark?

I looked through the helms and i cant quite figure it out. What is the stock setting for the h23? The white TDC mark?

(My last car had a coilpack)
