how much boost should i run on a stock 1999 b20z about 25k miles on it i was thinking like max 10psi on the street and like 12 on the track but im not sure from what i heard about the sleeves so if u have any experience with a b20 let me know please

With good fuel management, no problem.

 

with a vortec fmu and aem fpr thats all the fuel i got

 

I ran 9 psi on a B20 with a Vtec head , it was fine untill it detinated once. Then it cracked two sleeves.
If you tune it consevitive you will be OK up to about 10 psi.

 

Yeah the sleeves are said to be relatively weak, i stayed my *** @ 6.5 psi but thats just me.

 

so what did u run on 6.5 psi let me know
