Default clicking sound coming from tranny

when i disengage clutch it makes a clicking sound and i can feel it through
the petal? i thought it was the throw out baring but i just put a new clutch and pressure plate and throw out baring? what could it be?

Get somebody to listen under the hood to narrow down the location of the noise.

Figure out when it happens & when it doesn't. For example, does it do this even when the engine's not running? Does the engine have to be running? In neutral? Or does it have to be in gear with the car actually moving?
