Rust on the floor, bad?

Rust on the floor, bad?
I pulled back the carpet today and on the base there are little orange rust spots...Is this coming from underneath?? I dont want my whole bottom rusting out, or is it just from trapped moisture inside the car?

Well without seeing it there really is no way to tell if its coming from underneath or not your best bet is to look on the other side of where its started to rust and see if its there at all you may have to chip away the undercoating and crap but thats the only way to see where its coming from. I wouldnt worry too much about that rust if its not too bad would be easy to fix since you could just cut out the section and weld in another since it doesnt matter too much on how it looks since it will be on the bottom of the car and under the carpet.
