Today I sprayed myself in the eye with carb cleaner after I was a moron spraying into the wrong end of the valve.

Seeing as how its one way I got a face full... THAT **** BURNS.

Luckily I flushed it for like 15 minutes and no further irritation... but needless to say CARE always needs to be taken, even on the most trivial ****.

 

Damn! Hope you're ok dude. Haha, I must admit, it could have been me, I'm so full of thumbs.

I had a similar thing happen to me last night.
We were finishing up putting a d16y8 in a 92 hatch and one of the guys didnt tighten up the banjo bolt on the fuel rail, he started the car and gas sprayed up into my face. i didnt get any in my eyes, just in my damn mouth.

 

i was changing the fuel filter on a Mitsubishi galant (the one with a 2.5L v6) and i got gas in my eyes, damn! that **** burned a lot, and the next day after that i sprayed myself with carb cleaner on the eye as well, funny thing is that both of these occured on the same eye!!

Yeah it really hurt like hell I can vouch for that.

BTW dont spray the wrong way into pcv valve... with your head in proximity to the ****.

 

got to watch the antifreeze around dogs because of the sweet taste makes them lick it up and then they parish usually from the chemical contents.
