Default About to order custom pistons - could someone double check me?

Hey all, about to order custom pistons for my f22b2. I'm using Eagle rods (prelude VTEC) which are 1.5mm longer than stock (hence the need for custom pistons). Stock cylinders. Probably going to use Ross and go through flatlanderracing.com - open to suggestions though.

The main thing I have to get right is the deck height, they should be able to calculate the c/r from there. What's the average thickness of a honda head gasket?

Thanks all...

Specs for getting pistons made: ( I just pasted a bunch of info from my text file I've been writing to)

Leaning towards 9.0 - 9.5:1 c/r
Engine size = 2156.31cc

Bore: 85mm or 3.346 (actual = 3.350)
Target bore: Maybe shoot for 85.75 (3.376), which is about .026 over
Stroke: 95mm (3.740)
Half of stroke = 47.5mm
Deck Height: 220.015mm or 8.662
Head: 50.6cc
Rod length (vtec rods): 143mm or 5.63 (stock = 5.580 accord rods)

1/2 stroke + rod length = 190.5mm

working comp height = deck height - (1/2 stroke + rod length) = 29.515mm (1.1806)

Possible turbo:
T3/T04e-50
T3/T04e-57 .64a/r (leaning towards)
T3/60-1

I would think that all you have to do is have the wristpin moved up in the piston to compensate the longer rod? The dome will be the same. They should have no problem making these for you. Just tell them your desired compression ratio and your rod length and you should be ok. HTH Just my .02

The gasket should be std .028 thousand gasket which is most factory honda.

yeah, that's what I figured too, but seeing that the f22b2 isn't as popular as b and d's, I wasn't sure if they had all the oem specs. Thanks guys - good info
