ok, normally the air fuel gauge goes back and forth, rich to lean ONE LED at a time. well recently my airfuel gauge isnt doing that. at idle it works fine, back and forth one led at a time, but when i give it any gas at all, like a bunch of led's light up at the same time. the more gas i give it, the more led's light up. is this a sign of a bad o2 sensor? it has just started doing this in the past couple days. BTW this is a 4wire o2 sensor, ls turbo, stock ls ecu yadayada. i really dont feel like blowing my motor up, so could someone help me out.

 

Replace with known good unit.
I would try gauge first, if nothing, then sensor.

Find someone who can lend a gauge to ya for a few minutes, should be easy to figure out.

 

yea, i know these gauges are junk, not really too useful. the only reason i have it is to make sure my turbo setup isnt running lean. i know the o2 sensor operates between 0v-1v. so if it is giving out a certain voltage say .9v, it should only light up that led. i just cant figure why its showing multiple led's? is the air fuel ratio jumping around that fast? it will do this under boost and not under boost, if i just sit there and rev the motor the af gauge goes crazy.
im thinking the sensor is going bad cause it acts normal at idle, but not when i push on the gas.

Yo dude i got the same problem, so many leds light up, like its lean but its rich at the same time, along with some stoich.....got no problem replacing the o2 if its going to make only one led show up and bounce around instead of all lights

 

but my o2 is a single wire o2
