what does the original battery look like?
Well 144k miles later, I'm suspecting that my battery is original and am concerned about it dying on me when I least suspect it.
It looks like a typical battery (obviously!) but the only markings on it are a small stamp @ the bottom saying it was made in canada. No stickers on it what so ever, and the water access takes up the top 3rd and is split length wise. Wondering if its original or a cruddy replacement. Thanks

oh thank you now that clears everything up

should say honda somewhere on it...otherwise its another battery...but i say as long as you have a warranty, its all good (as long as you don't care bout weight and size)
thats just it, I don't have a warranty. I bought the car in Nov from a shotty dealership and he said he put in a new battery but theres no markings on it at all. The same battery is in the ED from honda tunings mpfi write up and in SCC's hybrid write up, thats why I'm suspicious.
i think they are duralast
and they ahve that name on the L side of the batt (driver side)
and they wont last that long. but beleive it or not i had stock one.... bc neither previous 2 owners changed it..
