Does any company make a header for the lx... if not do any headers meant for a different trim fit the lx??

EX, but you need the full exhaust... and longer line for the extra sensor... to the cat..

lx dx cx, you need the ex header, order an HP racing it works well and is cheap. Rated #1 by import tuner for the ex motor in 01. Then you need to get a cat, and have a boss welded in for the o'2 sensor, then extend you wires. It gave me .2 in the 8th when I did it and .1 more when I took 2.5 to the back. You will not like it if you don't have a cat, it will be loud like you never Imagined and it will not run right.
everything will cost about 300, you can sell your manifold for 100 bucks or so if you are lucky and that will help.
