Default Question regarding timing belt and h2o pump

If I have 120k miles on my car is it safe to say that the previous owners of the car changed the timing belt out at 90k?

Shouldn't you be able to answer this question yourself? It's better to be safe than sorry. Change them.

ya, even if they did change it and youre not sure I would go ahead and change it yourself just for peace of mind. Timing belt is alot cheaper than a motor

I've got a friend here at a dealership that gets me honda/acura parts below shop cost, makes your decision to change the parts alot easier.

Also, while you're in there, it's a good idea to check the main seal, and cam seals as well as the tensioner.

word of advice, loosen the cam sprocket bolts before you remove the timing belt if you are going to replace the cam seals.
