i need some that are like 1 inch thick... maybe even less... do they make those?

 

i doubt it.i have the smallest i have seen.spal 2"

 

i have a flex-a-lite i got from NAPA autoparts it is almost 2" thick. very slim fan, but it was $80 ... but it works very well, i also moved my fan to the front of the radiator for mroe clearance. If you are having clearance problems i would consider this option.

 

who needs a fan?

 

the spal fans that come with C&R radiators are thinner than the FAL fans by far. I think mine is just about an inch thick on the outside

I used SPAL. I don't think anybody makes them thinner.
