quick question about how to pull CEL code
I'm at a friend's house, so bear with me right now, please.
He's getting a CEL code, and I have no idea how to pull it on a 2000 Civic SI.
I've got a 99 GSR, and I know there's a plug on the driver's side under the dash. How the hell do you pull it on a '00 SI ???
His V-AFC just recently got jacked, but I doubt it has anything to do with it. His idle is really high at 1500 RPM, cause of the CEL and limp mode.
Thanks in advance for the help.

ok it like this on my 96 hatch, not 100% sure about an si prob the same........
pull off the passenger side kick panel right next to the door and you will see the ECU. ABove the ecu is a litte green holder with a plug in it. pull out the plug, and strip both ends of one wire. stick one end of the wire into one hole on the plug and do the same to the other end. then turn the key to on(dont start it) and the cel will flash. long blinks are 10's, short blinks are 1's.
hope that helps.
