Could someone here tell me the advantages and disadvantages of each design and why? (excluding internal/external wastegate)

 

t3/t4 are usually more efficient that the 18g and will probably flow a little more. I make about 260whp on my 18G at 11psi on a gsr motor. The good thing about the 18G is that it spools fast, and the turbo itself is built SOLID.
