Default T3/T4 vs. T3/T04E

I have purchased a garrett T3/T04E for my integra to replace the old greddy turbo I had and just have a quick question...I have been looking at manifolds that are made for a t3/t4...will they also work with the T3/T04E if these are the same and this is a stupid question I am sorry, but I am still tryin to learn all this stuff and any help would be appreciated.

T3/T4 is a general description given to a turbo with a T3 turbine side and a T4 compressor. A TO4E housing is a T4 compressor. A T3/TO4E is pretty much the standard for T3/T4's nowadays, so anything built for a T3/T4 will likely work with a T3/TO4E turbo.
