Default passenger headlight is dead. blown fuse???

well this is for my little bro car. 93 ex. His passenger side headlights is not working.

-turn signal works
*headlights don't light up even after getting new blub.
-but the driver side lights up fine.

where is the fuse for it?
did he damage the ENTIRE PLUG harness or do you think it's just the headlight fuse

Check the fuse. Look in the owners manual for which fuse the headlight is, and pop it out, see if its busted. That will take 2 seconds to find out. If the fuse is alright, the wiring harness might be damaged.

try putting the OLD bulb from that sideinto the other side to see if it works. If that works then you KNOW its not thebulb rather the wireing/fuse etc.

Also pulling the fuse is a good idea.

hrmmm..... i was gonna say he has the ol civic with a bad ground problem, but you say the high beam works? check the plug for voltage with a digital multimeter. Its definitely not the fuse, as they are both on the same circuit. Definitely check the wires to the plug with a multimeter, if it has voltage, then its the plug.

just go buy a new bulb, because the low beam part of your bulb is most likely burnt out. and even if it is, the high beam part will still work.

Could be the fuses

There are 2 places for your headlight fuses... I believe 1 is in under your dash and the other under the hood.
