Default just did my brakes... now i have this problem.

Well I have a gutted interior, plus with teh windows down i hear this noise, like a screeching noise almost except not THAT loud. Whenever the car is moving slow enough for me to hear, it soundlsike the pads are touching the rotors. Its a pretty annoying sound. I just changed my rotors and pads with brembo blanks and axxis pads.

What could the problem be? do the pads need to be worn down firsT?

When you put on new pads and rotors, there is a 250 mile break-in period. The sound your probably hearing is the air going through the cross-drilled rotors, when they are cold. That should stop after the break-in period is over.

did you put any anti-squeal stuff on the back of your pads when you installed them?

i put some black grease on them, not sure if i put enough, but i dont see how the sound like this would be produced by no grease on teh back, it sound like the pad is rubbing against teh rotor to not make it stop but enough to make loud shitty noise.

If you don't machine/replace your rotors they will squeak no matter what you do to the pads. Did you do anything to your rotors prior to installing the pads?

brembo blanks are flat regular rotors from what i believe. i also never heard of 250 mile breaking period with any brake pads. axxis ultimates come with intructions on how to break in new pads properly and it takes only a few stops working from X speed to Y type of pressure given to the brake pads.

he said he replaced the rotors along with the pads. everything is new.

are you getting the squeeking part from the front passenger side brake area? thats where i am getting mine and others seem to have the same problem with axxis ultimates. i dont use anti squeel lube on my driver side and it doesnt make any noise. i got my set from andy at Cobalt racing but i havent contacted him about problems with my brakes.

This is one of the most absurd things i've ever read on the web.

The pads need to be bedded in, thats all.
