**** you need:
shift linkage
mt ecu
wire to connect reverse lights to trans
glue to glue the plastic slider back so you can get your keys out
pedals
clutch cable
chop all a/t wires going to ecu?
thats all? everything bolts in properly dont have to fabricate **** etc?

To add to your list, off the top of my head...
tranny, trans mounts, clutch (kit), flyhweel, shifter, mtf
Most of the stuff SHOULD bolt right up - pedal set, trans with the correct mounts, etc. while the shift linkage will require you to drill 2 holes (very easy to do) and you might have to custom fabricate something to cover the holes left by the auto shift mechanism.

You also will need the manual flywheel bolts. Also why would you glue the thing, just go here and this will explain it.

nononono i have all that, my 88 std got hit head on yesterday. im taking my **** and throwing into an auto civic.
its then getting gutted like a sob. its a 90 dx auto thats fully loaded
power steering blah blah a/c all the ****. perfect paint tho for 800$
