cooling problem

Default cooling problem

i have a 2001 honda accord and when i bought it new it ran temp wise in between the cold mark and the middle mark....now with 39000 miles on it it runs at the middle mark and a little over.....what do you think is the problem.....the fans work and i just serviced the radiator with honda coolant....thanks

check ur thermostat.... if itz ok u might need a new water pump...

sounds like your thermostat could be stuck closed, causing the temp to be higher. my thermostat was stuck open, not letting the car reach proper operating temperature.

There is air in the system and it needs to be bled out.

Can you clarify on "just serviced"?
