On the tech forum evryone told me to go with Tein SS' or another type of teins. My qusetion what type of teins should i get, what should the dampers be at, what anti-roll bars should I use, and what mm rear sway-bar should i get ( i've heard 27mm). Sorry the questions are kinda broad butI'm an engine guy that doesn't know a whole lot about suspensions. Thanks for the help. oh, and to RJ the moderator this is from my little bro "go strong bad." thanks

Save some money and go with a Koni/GC setup.

Here is a novel idea - leave it STOCK and learn how to drive the car before you modify the suspension. You would be surprised how fast a stock suspension can get you around a track. That blinging Tien setup isn't going to make you a better driver.

Forget everything they told you.
What form of competition are you competing in?
