Default max bore question ??

i got a z6 block and crower rods and je pistons to put in. the pistons are supposed to be 10 over. they didn't fit in the stock bore. a honda tech told me i can bore it out and go turbo with no problem. 10 over is a standard overhaul he said. then i talked to this honda swap guy who turbocharges ALL of his engines. he said 10 over is not .010", that it is really .025". he said the je's are standard and that the measurements are different because the block is metric. so in reality i would have to bore it out .025" PLUS the piston to wall clearance needed for turbo. by doing this he said it is definitely not safe to turbo, not even to run 10lbs. i need to know if any of you guys have done any boring out and how much is safe. the max i want to run is like 15lbs just for the track. (twice a month) daliy about 6-10 lbs. any and all input needed and appreciated. also the compression is 9:1 but i did mill the head just enough to clean the gasket and level it.

yes thats fine to bore...

u can bore that motor out a good 2-3 mm before its unsafe for boost.

.025 is nothing..neither is .010 whatever it is.
