Default Checked compression

I checked the compression of my B16. Numbers went like so.

cylinder 1: between 195-200

cylinder 2: 210

cylinder 3: 210

cylinder 4: 210

Do those numbers seem about right for a B16A2 with around 50,000 miles? Stock internals(except CTR intake cam)

Also, I followed the instructions from c-speedracing on how to do a compression test. As per their directions, I did the test with all spark plugs out at the same time. Another site had them doing each cylinder 1 by 1 with the rest of the 3 plugs in. Which way is correct?

doesn't matter...you're only testing one cylinder at a time.

Numbers look good though

Drop a cap full of oil into #1 and try again...number should jump up to the others

What would putting in a capful of oil do?

take out all 4 plugs along with the ecu fuse so you don't get any fuel dumping into the cylinders get a compression tester(snap-on/mac tools.. any auto store basically) attach the correct thread pitch adapter screw into cyl 1.. have a buddy crank the car over for 4 revolutions with throttle wide open. repeat this process for all 4 cylinders. Like Emerika said if your compression raises after putting fluid into the "weak" cylinder then perhaps your rings might be a little worn. Or maybe some slightly burned valves not seating properly anymore.

it's a relatively easy process.
