How radiator cap lower your engine temp?
a higher pressure cap maintains a higher pressure in the cooling system which raises the coolant boiling point. once the coolant boil, it will be unable to transfer heat as well.

not really...
Your cap is NOT a pressure regulator, it does NOT conrol the pressure of the coolant. It's just a relief for over pressure!
Your radiator cap is a pressure relief point in the event of over pressurizing the system. The cap is the week point so that it will blow open and let pressure out, thus not braking one of your lines or hoses. A higher pressure cap will do nothing to the engin temp, it will just not open as soon if your coolant system is getting over pressurized. If it’s letting pressure out you will know it from the coolant and steam spewing out of your car.

It should not be opening though... If it is then there is a problem, either the cap is bad or the coolant system is not working right.

YES IT DOES. The cap opens to let coolant out into the expansion tank each time the engine warms up, and this regulates the pressure inside your cooling system. When it cools down the cap allows this coolant to be sucked back into the radiator. What do you think those 2 different springs & disks under the cap are for?
The 1.1 stamped into the cap means the lifting pressure is 1.1 bar which is almost 16psi.
