Default New Springs/Tires --- droning deep noise

I went from stock RE010's and stock springs to Falken Azenis 205's and H&R sports. The noise actually occured after the springs were on for a little bit. The car is sitting fine (no visible sag), but the camber is off quite a bit for street use (over an inch). Anyone know what the hell could be causing the droning noise. It's like a "whhhooowhhhooowhaaawhooo". Best I could explain it. The springs or camber? Something else?

Thanks,
Jon
