Whats works best to get off rusted botls?
I'm installing my srpings friday before I head up to the track at night. I heard some of the bolts in the rear are a bitch and my car is a 95 so I'm assuming I might have some probs. What is the best stuff to put on them to free them up? I have a propane torch if that helps
yeah, spray it with something and work on it for awhile... i have a 98 with 50K on it and the rear bolt was a b*tch. It took a while with the impact gun. Same thing with this other kid i know on his 93 integra.
Yeah lots of times those rear bolts sucks if you cant get them off with all the other suggestions before you turn the impact gun up and break it off which they will and that can be a pain just heat the bolts up and put the impact on it while its still hot works everytime

what you have to do is take that propane torch and melt them out... if that doesnt work just hold it there till they get really really hot then use a tool to remove them because when it gets warm it compress'
I just cracked my rear bolt on Sunday. Now i need to take it in somewhere to get it drilled out. My car is also a 2000, so good luck.
i have an extractor set you can borrow
