Needles dont move..
Installed guage faces on my friends 95 GSR. Anyways, the needles dont work anymore. Is there some kind of blown fuse or relay or is there some kind of anti-tamper thing on the odometer that we tripped? HELP please, we dont know how much gas he has left, lol......
did u pull off the needles to install the faces ??
if so , you probably killed the gauge....won't work anymore
best way to install faces is pulling the face around the needle...

The gauge faces have to be very snug against the original ones, especially at the opening where the needles fit through.
My guess is there is some slight interfearance with the new faces and the needles, preventing them from moving. Try using some superglue and make sure all of the face is extremely flush.

Agreed, make sure the faces are completely flat. And part that touches the needles will keep them from moving. They are very sensative.
We didnt pull the needles off, we slipped them over the needle. We did use superglue, none of it got on the needle bezel, and the faces are flush with the old needles. We'll get up under there again and see, though. Thanks.

start off by making sure your gauges arent rubbing your needles.. then go to the back of the gauge cluster and make sure all connections on correct in securely in. other then that I dont know what the problem would be?
