Default Regards to the dyno numbers...

I see so many dyno posts and numbers for the Rs on here, But I have one question.

Are they corrected or not? (for the majority anyway)

They should all be corrected.

The reason I asked is that I did two runs a dyno and it said that it was uncorrected... and I thought the numbers were just ok.

What would be the difference if it were to be corrected, Higher or lower?

Depends on conditions (listed below), numbers could be a little more off if higher CF.

Standard conditions are:

77 F (Air Temp),
29.235 Inch Hg (Altitude Corrected Barometric Pressure)
0 Ft (Altitude)
0% (Relative Humidity)

This website has formula/calculators if you have enough information you could calculate SAE numbers.

did you get yours done at DRT? Thats where I got mine done and the read out says uncorrected corrected would be lower than uncorrected.

corrected would be lower than uncorrected.
That is going to depend on the conditions. If it is a very hot and humid day, or you are dynoing at a very high elevation, corrected could be higher than uncorrected.

Yeah it depends on conditions. At the beginning of the day when tuning on my car, the Cf was running 1:1 so there was no real correction being done, actual=corrected. It got hotter later on in the day and the Cf went up to 1.02:1 so my corrected numbers were ever so slightly higher than actual.

I had my car on the dyno in cold (aprx 40 deg)damp (maybe75% humid with rain puddles on the floor) weather... so what would ya say? The numbers should be higher then the reading or lower
