how do you get a TPS off the TB?

Default how do you get a TPS off the TB?

When i got my D16Z6 the TPS was broken, and im going to get the TPS off my buddies old CRX si se engine....
so yeah what it says whats the best way to get the TPS off the throttle body?...any tips?

the only sucessful way i've heard of is to make a slot in the screw with a dremel or something and use a flat head screwdriver to take it out

those two rivet looking things are accually screws, honda just made them look like rivets to keep you from messing with it.
